In this phase, you will be meeting with our designer to go through your ideas, have a look at the site plan and talk about what will work on the site. It is a good idea to bring along any photos, sketches for us to find out more about your vision. We take great pride in creating custom residential house designs that are tailored to our clients’ unique lifestyle and preferences. Our designer will work closely with you to create a design that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Phase 2 – Concept Design
After the initial meeting, a concept design will be drawn up for your to look at based on information provided at previous meeting. We will sit down and go through the design to ensure you are happy with it and make any modifications if necessary.
Phase 3 – Budget Estimate
Now that you are happy with the design and provided your approval, a preliminary budget estimate will be prepared for your consideration and approval. At this stage it is advised to contact your financial institution for this estimate prior to proceeding.
Phase 4 – Documentation
With the approval of the budget estimate, a preliminary agreement will be provided which will include completing construction plans for approval, the soil test results, contour survey , bush fire report and final contract specification. You will also choose your interior and exterior finishes. We also provide 3D rendering which can save time and reduce costs by allowing for a faster and more accurate visualisation of the design in the early stages of the project and reduce any variation costs during construction.
Phase 5 – The Contract
In this phase you will be provided with your contract. In this meeting we will sit down with you and go through your contract and ensure everything is as per your expectation. The contract will be signed and the building process can begin.
Phase 6 – Construction
At this point we are ready to build. During the construction of your home, you will be provided progress updates and have access to your Project Manager at all times to answer questions or request information. You will be invited to attend on site meetings during building milestones to walk through the build to ask any questions and view the progress.
Phase 7 – Final Handover
Congratulations! The end is near. Once the works have been completed as per the contract, we will conduct a handover meeting allowing you to inspect the workmanship and provide you with any manuals or instructions before moving in. All documentation will be completed and you will receive your final occupation certificate along with your keys, and you will be ready to move in.
